As a broker at CBRE Montreal, I lead a multidisciplinary brokerage team working across investor leasing, occupier representation, and data centre transactions. Having spent over 20 years in commercial real estate, I proactively identify opportunities and create value for corporate clients and investors by thinking outside the box and leveraging CBRE’s global network of resources.
My curiosity and experience observing market dynamics allows me to recognize trends that may impact and benefit my clients. Always thinking ahead, I create long-term value by developing strategies to optimize your portfolio, navigate market changes and reach your business goals.
My work includes advising occupiers on office space selection, listing and formulating leasing strategies and leveraging my team’s strengths to achieve lasting results. I can advise on the positioning of real assets, negotiate competitive leases and sales and recommend effective workplace strategies.
As the practice leader of CBRE’s National Data Centre Solutions Group, I also oversee technical brokerage transactions. I have experience advising on colocation assignments, liquid cooling facilities and other complex technology and infrastructure projects.
