Jennie is a Vice President in the Data Center Solutions group representing the Silicon Valley Bay Area. Jennie is primarily focused on tenant representation in data center real estate planning/strategy, site selection, global portfolio optimization and brokerage.
Experience includes a unique and in-depth knowledge of data center management, engineering, operations and sales in having worked for both wholesale data center and retail colocation companies for over 10 years. Her broad technical understanding of data center infrastructure and operations, both electrical and mechanical, allows Jennie to support a wide range of global data center requirements. She specializes in domestic and international data center procurement for wholesale data center, retail colocation, land & building acquisition for data center conversion and build-to-suit data center requirements.
With nearly 20 years in the industry representing both tenants and landlords, Jennie’s deep relationships allow her to facilitate partnerships for clients in support of value-add engineering, project management, turn-key installations and migration support. She is experienced in supporting diverse industry verticals ranging from Information Technology to publicly traded enterprise companies.
Before joining CBRE, Jennie held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield, InfoMart Data Centers, Silent Partner & Switch and Data.
