Prince Turki Bin Abdullah Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud
Prince Turki started his career as a professional engineer in the government sector and soon realized the critical need for professional engineering services to cater to the enormous requirements for the various development projects across the country. He established Dar Al Riyadh in February 1975 with a clear vision for it to become one of the leading brands in professional engineering services. Armed with his passion and his own value system, Prince Turki immersed himself in the inner workings of the business since inception and he saw and appreciated the impact of business entities that goes well beyond generating shareholder value to touch individuals, families, and society at large. During his 45 years’ tenure as CEO, Dar Al Riyadh grew multiple folds both organically and through strategic JVs all of which are permanent entities registered under the commercial law of Saudi Arabia and are enjoying leading positions in their respective markets.

Prince Mohammed Bin Turki Abdulrahman Al Saud
Prince Mohammed is the Group CEO of Dar Al Riyadh since January 1, 2020. He is responsible for developing and executing the Company strategy with the support of the business leadership team. He is also responsible for shaping and strengthening the Company’s culture in support of the Company’s long-term strategic direction. He also plays an instrumental role in maintaining strong relationship with strategic clients and partners. Prior to becoming the CEO, Prince Mohammed was the Company President where he oversaw the day-to-day operation and led the Company growth. Prior to that, Prince Mohammed held a number of positions including General Manager of Engineering and Architecture, and business analyst. He also worked in business development with Shell Overseas Services.

Prince Naif bin Turki Abdulrahman Al Saud
As VP of Operations of Dar Al Riyadh, Prince Naif is responsible for the operation of the company. He maintains control of the business operations and ensures that corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Commercial, Admin and Procurement) are efficient and effective so as to meet client expectations and maximize shareholder’s value. Prince Naif handles the company’s internal affairs taking responsibility for delivering results on a day-to-day, quarter-to-quarter basis, identifies and resolves organizational performance issues, and sponsors and supports key corporate initiatives. Working closely with the General Managers and Group Directors, he ensures disciplined execution of the Company strategy which is cascaded in the form of corporate and divisional balanced scorecards using the Company’s planning and performance program.

Srinivas Pisipati
A senior executive professional with over 25 years of experience across 5 countries, in providing leadership and guidance for Joint venture formations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business growth strategy and Strategic planning. As a shareholder representative on the boards and executive committees of Joint Venture companies, he is well versed and experienced to manage, operate and align Shareholders, Board and Organization leaderships. In his current role as a Group Director Joint Ventures for Dar Al Riyadh Group, he oversees and manages actively a portfolio of independently operating multi-million dollar Joint Venture companies that provide engineering and technology services to various industry verticals (Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals, Sports & Recreation, Infrastructure (urban & industrial), Mining, Transportation, Power and Utilities).

With over 27 years at CBRE, Anshuman pioneered the entry of professional real estate consulting services in India. He grew the India business for CBRE to offer real estate solutions like Strategic Consulting, Advisory & Transaction services, Retail, Valuations/Appraisals, Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets, Asset Services and Project Management. Through his tenure, Anshuman has been involved in some of the largest and most prestigious advisory assignments in the country's post liberalization era, including a disinvestment exercise for a portfolio of 26 Government-owned hospitality assets, privatization of airports and various other infrastructure projects.

Nicholas Maclean
Nicholas is the Co-Chairman and Managing Director of CBRE Middle East Region, which he established in 2005. This Region encompasses the firm’s operations across the Middle East and North Africa. He is also Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors MENA and Chair of the Lillian Sutton (SoC) Charitable Trust. He was named by Arabian Business as one of the 100 most influential people in the UAE in 2017; and named in 2018 one of the Top 100 Executives by Forbes Middle East.Maclean is a member of: the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House); the Institute of Revenue, Rating and Valuation; and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

An established specialist with a combination of over 20 years’ experience in leadership positions for real estate services, advisory, and occupiers in mature and emerging markets across Europe and Asia. A strong and ambitious all-round expert with a proven track record in business development, project management, leadership, organizational development, commercial negotiations, portfolio optimization and service delivery. Previously CBRE GWS’ Managing Director for MENAP&T, Allon currently holds the position of Managing Director in The Netherlands and maintains a Board Position for the KSA business.

Michael has over 20 years of professional real estate experience across Asia Pacific, United Kingdom and Turkey, Middle East and North Africa. During this time, Michael has undertaken Valuation, Property & Asset Management, Landlord, Occupier & Investment transaction services, for a diverse range of clients on assets including, office, retail, residential, hotels, industrial warehousing and mixed-use master plan developments. Over the past 10 years, Michael has headed up Advisory & Transaction services for CBRE across MENAT, with ultimate responsibility for overseeing transaction delivery throughout the region.
