Maria is an architect and Associate Director at CBRE MENA, specializing in Retail Services within the Advisory & Transaction team.. Prior to joining CBRE MENA, Maria worked for more than four years at CBRE Spain, where she specialised in mixed-use development and consulting, working with different types of asset classes such as offices, food & beverage or residential. During her tenure at CBRE Spain, Maria spearheaded the creation and leadership of the Food & Beverage department, where she provided comprehensive guidance to numerous clients on their expansion and growth strategies. She has also undertaken unique projects involving a full or partial F&B component.
