SCPI Comète, a retail real estate fund managed by Alderan, has acquired the office building at Camerastraat 9 in Almere from a private investor. Alderan successfully acquired three properties in the Netherlands last year and remains highly motivated to further expand its portfolio in the Netherlands.

The office building, completed in 2001, comprises approximately 2,700 square meters, 56 parking spaces and has an energy label A. The location is located in the Gooisekant business park and is easily accessible next to the A6 motorway. Camerastraat 9 is leased for a long term to Kraton Chemicals, which also occupies the adjacent building.

The seller was commercially advised by CBRE in this transaction. The buyer was assisted by APF International, Florent, Nivab, Atlas Tax and Core Notariaat. APF International will also be involved in asset management on behalf of Alderan
